Hi, my name is Tyler Katen (K10)! I truly appreciate you taking the time out of your day to visit my website to learn a bit more about how I help clients achieve their real estate dreams. I’m a Bay Area native, born and raised! I spent most of my adolescent life in the East Bay, growing up in Fremont, then later moving to Union City. I graduated James Logan High School and continued my education at Chabot Junior College. I’ve always had an extreme passion for the Bay Area and all it has to offer. Being able to drive to San Francisco or Santa Cruz, Napa Wine Country or even Lake Tahoe all within a few hours has its perks! I’m a true foodie, and love exploring new places and trying new foods. I’ve been truly blessed to have seen and visited many places around the world but will always call the Bay Area home. I currently live in San Jose with my girlfriend, Angie, and our half Vizsla, half Weimaraner dog, Harley. I love spending time with all my family and friends, hiking on the weekends, working out and perfecting my craft in real estate.
